APPLICATION PROCESS

APPLYING

Before applying for a position it’s important to consider our company structure and values to make sure that these align with what you’re looking for.

Saratoga is a consulting company and most of our staff are based at client sites for the duration of their projects. This means that you may be working at different client sites and will need to be someone who easily adapts to new teams and environments.

To apply for one of our vacancies online we’ll need the following documents from you, so be sure to have these ready before starting your application process:

- Cover letter

REVIEW

We carefully review all applications received and we will inform you whether we'd like to see you for an interview.

INTERVIEW

The recruitment team will contact successful candidates to arrange an interview. The process will include two interviews - firstly a technical interview where your skills and experience are assessed via a case study or technical questions. If you are successful, you will be required to attend a culture fit interview.

Our interviews either take place at our Head Office in Rondebosch, Cape Town or via Skype for candidates who aren’t based in Cape Town. With the growth of our presence in Johannesburg, we do on occassion interview in Johannesburg as well.
