These core values guide us in how we work with our colleagues and customers, and guide us in all our decisions and partnerships.

Mutual Respect

Personal Excellence

People Matter

We support our staff in their career growth, and encourage them to achieve a strong sense of career fulfillment.

  • Work on various client projects and gain a wide range of experience.
  • Mentorship and coaching programme to support your personal and career goals.
  • Recognition and Rewards programme awards employees whose behaviour supports the company’s vision, mission, values and initiatives.

A work-life balance is important to us, so we’re sure to make time for staff to connect with colleagues or to re-boot outside of work.

  • Flexi-hours gives you the opportunity to avoid the morning and afternoon traffic rush.
  • Regular staff events such as braais, after work get-togethers, quiz nights, game nights and sporting events to bring our staff together.
  • Sabbatical leave provides you with an opportunity to re-energise and take some time away from work in order to build your skills.

Our staff become our family, so making sure our staff have enough time with their families is a must.

  • We offer 20 annual leave days, study leave and family responsibility leave.
  • Progressive maternity and paternity leave policies giving you more time with your family when it matters most.

We offer our people a well-rounded work experience. From training, career development and tech talks to help our staff develop their skills and knowledge. To virtual and in-person socials to give our teams the opportunities to connect, and reward and recognition programmes to celebrate the awesome work and achievements of our Saratogans.

Remote work is a key part of our hybrid way of work and our staff also have access to offices in Cape Town. As we are a consulting company, you may be required to work from client sites occasionally.
