Annually, Saratoga identifies a number of our staff to attend a training programme that shares with them the skills and knowledge needed to develop their leadership skills. The Leader Within training spans across 5 months, and has been presented to Saratogans in partnership with experienced facilitators from the T Room for a number of years.
